/ Provided Services

01

Web design

A custom Shopify theme built around the brand's own photography and colors.

02

E-commerce development

Product, collection and checkout customizations tailored to how Southern Tshirts actually sells.

03

SEO

On-page structure and image optimization for organic product discovery.

/ Challenge

The previous store loaded slowly on mobile, where most of its traffic came from, and its generic theme made the products look interchangeable with every other print-on-demand shop.

/ Solution

We rebuilt the theme from a lightweight base rather than a heavy stock template, trimmed the checkout to the essentials, and optimized every product image - cutting load times and giving the brand a storefront that actually looks like its own.

/ Tech Stack

Chosen deliberately for what this project actually needed, not a default stack applied to everything.

Shopify Liquid

Custom storefront theme.

JavaScript

Interactive product and cart behavior.

Tailwind CSS

Styling system for the storefront.

/ Client's Feedback

Our old store looked like every other print-on-demand shop. This one actually looks like us, and it loads fast on the phones our customers are actually shopping from. Mobile conversion jumped the first month it was live.
