Primo wanted to compete with national delivery apps in its home market by offering more than just restaurant orders. The app had to bring restaurants, groceries, shops and a courier-style pick-up and drop service into one simple experience, while coordinating a local rider fleet and keeping late-night orders reliable.
/ Solution
Digikons built a multi-category ordering app with location-based store discovery, smart search, curated collections and a unified cart and checkout. A dedicated pick-up and drop flow handles parcels within city limits, while real-time rider tracking, order-status notifications and flexible payment options keep customers informed from order to delivery.
