/ Challenge
Ticket buyers were stuck juggling a handful of single-venue apps, each with its own account, seat map and checkout - discovery meant checking several apps before finding what was actually showing nearby, let alone a seat that worked.
/ Solution
We built one booking engine that syncs live seat inventory from every partner venue, so a seat shown as available is always actually available. Search, seat selection and payment live in a single flow, with the e-ticket and QR code issued the moment payment clears.

Chosen deliberately for what this project actually needed, not a default stack applied to everything.
