With over a million app users and a large, fast-moving fleet, VRL needed a booking experience that stays quick and dependable during peak travel seasons — handling real-time seat availability across hundreds of daily departures, multiple bus types and fares, while reducing dependence on third-party booking portals.

Passengers get trip reminders, boarding point details and cancellation or reschedule options in-app, while an upgraded, performance-tuned architecture keeps searches and checkout fast even under heavy festival-season load.
