/ Challenge
Staff availability changed constantly across multiple locations, and the old process relied on someone manually checking a shared calendar before confirming a booking. Overlaps and missed reminders were a regular, avoidable cost.
/ Solution
We centralized availability into a single scheduling engine and layered automated reminders on top, so a booking can only exist if the slot is actually free. Double-bookings dropped to zero and no-shows fell sharply once reminders became automatic.
