UClean needed one consumer app that could serve hundreds of franchise stores across multiple cities and countries — each with its own pricing, service areas and pickup slots — while keeping the booking experience consistent, fast and reliable for customers who expect on-demand convenience.
/ Solution
Digikons delivered a location-aware booking app that automatically maps customers to their nearest UClean store, shows store-specific services and pricing, and offers slot-based pickup scheduling. Live order tracking, push notifications at every stage, digital payments and an in-app support flow give customers full visibility from pickup to delivery, while franchise partners manage orders through a connected back office.
